When the PFIA-Online Block Unit Package is purchased you will be issued the number of vouchers associated with the unit that is purchased (i.e., 4 units will get you 4 vouchers).You will be able to distribute the vouchers to your staff (each voucher will zero out the balance in the shopping cart) to utilize when they register for the training. These vouchers will be valid to be used for 365 days from the date of purchase and will enable the student to have the full 90 days to complete the training upon use of the voucher (if the last one is used on the 365th day they would still have 90 days to complete the course). The individual that utilizes the block voucher will be able to register and choose their desired username and password for the training. NOTICE: If a Block is purchased and the customer fails to utilize all of the vouchers (i.e., 9 vouchers purchased and only 7 are used during the 365 days period then the remaining 2 are lost) the unused vouchers will be lost without refund. It is imperative that customers considering Block Units evaluate their need carefully to ensure that they are able to utilize the vouchers in the 365 day time frame.
