Fees, refunds, cancellation: 

 

Administration Fee: A nonrefundable administration fee of $35.00 is collected at the time of enrollment (included in the course purchase cost) to cover Merchant fees and other administrative costs associated with products or services offered by VLC. 

 

Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy: 

 

You may cancel this Enrollment Agreement without penalty or obligation PRIOR to your utilizing your User ID and password (logging into the system) within the VLC Course Delivery System. To cancel your registration, you must email our sales department to notify us that you want to cancel and follow up by mailing a signed request for same to the address noted below. Such notice is effective only when delivered or when received by Virtual Learning Concepts billing department. 

 

Refund Payment: Refunds are processed on the 25th day of each month.
